Connect a Rigol device to a personal computer and manage the content of its drives by incorporating the driver required for compatibility with all dedicated programs for Rigol data management. The package automatically installs the files and enables recognition of the hardware.
NI-VISA Runtime is a program needed as USB driver for nearly all Rigol devices and has to be installed before the installation of the Rigol apps and the first connection of the devices. Without this runtime the USB driver is not available and you can get an error message like "VISA32.dll not found".
